Man Catching Fried Chicken

The chicken promises to" catch a man". If he doesn't take the bait then he is not worth having!

8 chicken thighs or legs with skin

2 eggs

4 cups of buttermilk

6 cups of Kentucky kernel seasoned flour

2 TBL of Baking Powder

1 regular size bottle of Vegetable oil

a deep skillet (iron skillet is preferred or a fry daddy deep fryer)

Wash the chicken. In a large bowl beat the eggs. Add the buttermilk to a 9x13 dish and eggs and blend together. Add the chicken to the milk mixture and marinate for at least an hour. You can even marinate in the fridge over night too if you want.

Pour the oil in a large skillet and place on medium heat.

Roll the chicken one piece at a time in the seasoned flour. (make sure you add the 2 TBL of baking powder to the seasoned flour and mix together)

Fry in the hot oil until the chicken is golden brown. ( If in a skillet then 5 minutes on each side turning about once.) 10 minutes total
